PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING FOR ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

There is no question that private training is a tremendous tool for players of all ages to accelerate their athletic development.  Often times, the medium of a 1 on 1 or small group setting presents a more suitable learning environment for the player.  Super Skills also offers training in the areas of Speed, Quickness, Reaction Time, Agility, Vertical Leap, and Athletic Movement.  This is a great program for those of you interested in helping your child excel in many sports.

Individual sessions are either 60, 75, or 90 minutes in length; the cost is $60, $75, or $90 per session. Small Group Sessions (2-3 people) are 60, 75, or 90 minutes in length; the cost per session is $90, $120, $150 per session.  Training is held at various locations in the Portland area.

Easy Drop Off and Pick Up:

Drop-Off Details:  All parents should plan on coming into the gym on the first day of the program to register with your child. Participants can arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session.

Pick Up Details:  All parents are certainly welcome to stay and watch any of our Super Skills programs. The Courts also has a small café section that operates as a nice place to get some work done. If you are not planning on staying, please plan to pick them up promptly after the session.

Schedule/What to Expect:  As I’m sure you are aware, our goal is to be a ‘Best in Class’ program.  Each session is designed to help participants develop a love for the game, learn detailed fundamentals, and motivate and encourage them to develop strong morals, values, and work ethic.  We believe strongly that a player can learn a lot more at a camp then just how to play sports.

What to Bring/Wear/Eat, Drink:  Each player should bring appropriate clothing and shoes to work-out and play sports in. Shoes appropriate for a basketball court are strongly advised.  If you are attending a 1-3 hour program, please also send them with a small snack and something to drink. If your child is attending an All-Day program, please also send them with a healthy lunch. Players will simply store their things in the bleachers in the gymnasium.
